YIELD: 6 ZUCCHINI PARMESAN
COOKING TEMP: 350F PORTION: 1/2 CP
COOKING TIME: 20 MIN COOKING PAN: CASSEROLE DISH
INGREDIENTS AMOUNTS PROCEDURES
| Cheese ricotta : 1/2 cp 1. Combine ricotta, 1st parmesan and
| Parmesan cheese : 3 Tb shredded mozzarella cheese and
| Cheese mozzarella : 1/4 cp eggs.
| Zucchini : 3 cp 2. Slice zucchini in long thin slices.
| Eggs : 1 3. Place 2 layers in dish in this
| Marinara sauce : 1 1/4 cp order: sauce, zucchini, and cheese.
| Parmesan cheese : 6 Tb Top with layer of zucchini and
